Sometime in the 1950's Josephina retired from singing however Margarita continued to perform.
Margarita performed regularly at the Million Dollar Theatre in Los Angeles along with headliners of the day such as Jorge Negrete, Pedro Infante and others.
The 1950's and 1960's, Margarita along with her husband Simon Casas and his Mariachi Band performed throughout Las Angeles.
