Reaching for a Star
This is a book about my adventures in the movie West Side Story, Dyna-Might, Rock “N” Roll, and the many famous people that I have had the good fortune to meet and to work with. It also includes a brief history about my Mom and Dad and Las Hermanas Fraga who introduced me to music.
The idea of this book about my show business experiences started many years ago. I would share some of my stories with my friends, and when they would ask me questions, I would always say, “You’ll just have to buy my book.” We would always laugh and go on about our day. In my mind, I would still say to myself, someday.
I used to think that my show business experiences were so long ago, and nobody cared. I believed that if I went around telling stories to everyone, they would just say I was making it up. So, I would only share them with my closest friends.
These are truly my stories as I can best remember them, and I am grateful that the Lord has allowed me to live a life filled with adventures. These are Moments in Time - That Will Never Come Again.
