As the Music and technical director for Lee's Summit Community Church, Simon was responsible for the development of four music worship teams, the youth band, the Friday Night Alive Concert Series, the concert series production staff, technical and audio personnel for all services, oversee and produce annual Christmas productions and special events. 

Prior to being music and technical director at Lee's Summit Community Church, Simon was senior audio engineer for TV50 in Kansas City, Missouri. As senior audio engineer, his responsibilities were to provide audio for all the shows produced at TV 50. In addition to this, Simon also composed and produced the music for the TV show "Cross Training." 

As a teacher at "The Celebration Academy of the Arts," and First Baptist Raytown. He taught bass guitar and voice, with an emphasis on artistic development. Simon also oversaw a performing band class and developed a music and worship workshop with the Academy.

 Simon's also played bass for all the songs on this site with Dyna-Might, West Heart, Dyna-Might and Friends.
